Now you can view all actions taken within a specific folder or its subfolders from the folder history panel. This new panel lets you track every time someone moves, edits, renames, adds, or deletes a file from the folder. Folder history is available for up to days for most users; accounts with the extended version history EVH will have access to up to 10 years of folder history.

IT admins can now bring extended version history and legal holds to their Dropbox Business teams with our new Data Governance add-on.
Extended version history allows teams to recover any edited or deleted file for up to 10 years, and guarantees all versions of non-deleted content will be available for audit and compliance for 10 years. Members affected by a legal hold can still create, edit, and delete files, but will not be made aware of the hold. Business team admins on Enterprise plans can now set up email notifications to bring individual Dropbox users at their company onto their team account. The emails allow captured users to choose between joining the company account or changing their existing Dropbox account email to a personal one. Admins can add custom messaging, send emails an unlimited number of times, and see when the email was last sent. Learn more about actionable account capture email notifications in our help center.
Enterprise admins overseeing multiple Dropbox Business deployments can now lock down business critical settings across their organization by preventing team admins from making changes to individual settings. A lock icon will now appear next to each setting, allowing enterprise admins to prevent team admins from adjusting the setting for their teams.
